The texture was different than when I make it. So, I put a teaspoon of honey (maybe 2) and stirred it well whenever I wanted toast. Wah-La! Delicious! Gooey and spread well and was just right. Plus it is a 16 oz jar. Kudos!

I just opened my most recent purchase of the Texas Best Fig Preserves and they are perfect. Spreads well and the taste reminds me of my Mother’s recipe, when I was a child. This Fig Product was a little too stiff the first time I tried it but Texas Best Smokehouse listened to their customers. Great Job~!!!

Outstanding taste, texture and color. Only one minor suggestion would be to thin it down just a little. It’s a little hard to spread. I will be ordering more so git with it, thinning it down…
